Lord and my God, at this moment of the day I take a few minutes to close my eyes, breathe deeply, open my heart to you, and pray for inner peace.
I thank you for allowing me to be well. Although I know that life brings difficult situations and challenging moments, I place every problem and unfinished concern into your hands. Through your grace and love, help me find the best way forward.
With every deep breath, I know that your love enters me and helps my heart find peace. May that divine peace fill my heart, my soul, and my whole being.
I am grateful to be in your presence. I am ready to forgive with a heart that is fully open and generous. Lord, help me forgive myself for my faults, and please forgive me.

Where Does My Help Come From?
I lift up my eyes to the mountains: where does my help come from?
My help comes from the Lord, the Maker of heaven and earth.
He will not let your foot slip; he who watches over you will not sleep.
Indeed, he who watches over Israel will neither slumber nor sleep.
The Lord watches over you; the Lord is your shade at your right hand.
The sun will not harm you by day, nor the moon by night.
The Lord will keep you from all harm; he will watch over your life.
The Lord will watch over your coming and going, both now and forevermore.
