Prayers for Protection and Strength
In difficult situations we can feel vulnerable. Prayer helps us bring those fears to God and ask for strength, guidance, and peace.

Lord, be my refuge and strength. Protect my heart from fear, guide my decisions, and help me face every trial with faith. Amen.

Name the danger or fear clearly, pray without exaggeration, and identify a practical next step. Seek medical, legal, psychological, or emergency help whenever the situation requires it.
