My God, I am sorry, and I repent with all my heart for having offended you.
I am sorry for the punishment I have deserved and for the heaven I have lost, but most of all because by sinning I offended you, my God, who are all good and deserving of all my love.
I would rather have died than offend you, and I firmly resolve, with the help of your grace, to sin no more and to avoid the near occasions of sin.
