Soul of Christ, sanctify me. Body of Christ, save me. Blood of Christ), fill me with life. Water from the side of Christ, wash me. Passion of Christ, strengthen me. O good Jesus, hear me. Within your wounds, hide me. Do not permit me to be separated from you. From the evil enemy, defend me. At the hour of my death, call me. Look upon me, O my beloved and good Jesus, as I kneel in your presence. With the greatest devotion, I ask you to impress upon my heart living sentiments of faith, hope, and charity, true sorrow for my sins, and a firm purpose never to offend you. With deep affection and compassion, I contemplate your five wounds, remembering the words that the prophet David spoke of you: "They have pierced my hands and my feet, and I can count all my bones." (Psalm 22:16-17)

O Mary, Virgin and most holy Mother, I have received your beloved Son, whom you conceived in your immaculate womb, nourished at your breast, and embraced lovingly in your arms. I present and offer him to you with love and humility, that you may embrace him, love him with your heart, and offer him to the Most Holy Trinity in supreme worship, for your honor and glory, for my needs, and for those of the whole world.
Most loving Mother, obtain for me forgiveness of my sins and abundant grace to serve you with greater faithfulness from this day forward. Grant me final perseverance so that I may praise your Son with you forever and ever. Amen.
