Work is a way to serve God and others. This prayer will help you ask for divine blessing over your daily work so that it may bear good fruit and bring purpose to what you do.
Prayer
Lord Jesus,
you who worked as a carpenter in Nazareth,
you know the value of honest work.
Today I ask you to bless my work,
to give me wisdom to make the right decisions,
and creativity to solve the challenges I face.
Help me to be a good coworker,
to work with integrity and excellence,
and to treat my colleagues with respect and kindness.
Grant success to my projects,
but above all, help me remember
that I work for your glory and not only for earthly reward.
If I am looking for a job,
open doors where they seem to be closed
and guide me toward the opportunity you have prepared for me.
May my work be a blessing to others
and a witness to your love.
